July 16: Show off your modern or vintage electric vehicle at the ADM Electric Cars Cruise-In! Meet other EV fans and view our exhibit, Electric Cars: Fad or Future running through July 31. We are expecting to host many Tesla owners!

Plug-In America and National Drive Electric Week will be participating in the event. Also, we will have Hollywood Electrics and Zero Motorcycles represented at the event by Plug-In America. Zelectric Motors is coming back up for the cruise in and will be bringing their bus to take people for rides

Participants will include:

Chelsea Sexton, co-producer of the movie “Who Killed the Electric Car?”
Robert Nickell – owner of the customized convertible Tesla on display
Joel Levin – Executive Director of Plug-In America (and part of National Drive Electric Week)
Mary Lunetta – Campaign Representative for the Electric Vehicles Initiative from The Sierra Club
Amy Errett – owner of E3 Vehicles (will be bringing 3 NEVs for rides)

At 10:30 we will present a 10th anniversary screening of Who Killed the Electric Car? the groundbreaking 2006 documentary film that explores the creation, limited commercialization, and subsequent destruction of the battery electric vehicle in the United States, specifically the General Motors EV1 of the mid-1990s. Co-Producer Chelsea Sexton will be here for Q&A
