Are you interested in cars and 13-18 years old? This is your chance to get up close and personal with the amazing cars in our collection and learn the ins and outs of auto maintenance and repair. Two courses are available: Shop Class 101 and Shop Class 201 (see below for dates and times).

Shop Class 101

An instructional course focusing on basic auto maintenance and understanding of engine operations.

Shop Class 201

A hands-on course, including oil changes, jacking up the car, and changing tires.

Dates & Times

Courses are 1.5 hours long. Shop Class 101 is from 1 pm-2:30 pm. Shop Class 201 is from 2:30 pm-4 pm.

Includes class, museum tour, and ice cream. Shop Classes do not count toward High School credits. Limited to 10 students per class. Classes are open to ages 13-18.
